WAV to MP3 Converter for Windows

WAV to MP3 Converter does convert WAV to MP3. However, use at your own risk! Be aware that if you click on the Help link on the (tiny) interface, that it will open a malware site window. The first malware site was blocked by my antimalware programme, and I was warned that it is a malware site. I didn't note the odd URL, but it ended in "xyz" and wasn't a real URL. The second time I clicked on Help, a browser window opened that wasn't blocked by my antimalware, but again, was a malware site. The third time I clicked on Help, it opened yet another, different, malware site.The second, smaller problem, is that it doesn't give you a choice as to where to save the converted file. It automatically saves it to the PC desktop.The third problem is that it truncates the file name down to the first two characters. The file I converted was named starting with the date: "24.6.21...". It truncated the file name to "24", so I had to rename it once I found it.Since the Help link only opens up malware sites, there IS no help. It is a simple, straightforward app, though, and I only wanted to see if there was a way to choose to where to save the file. The lack of a real Help site is probably not a problem for most people.The converted file is fine. No malware, no sound quality issues that my amateur ears could detect.
